PROJECT: BALER
New American Baler installation which collects paper and dust from equipment in plant. System then bales paper scraps for recycling and compresses dust into briquettes for removal. Dual baler system provides redundancy. New 800A distribution network, motor control center and system control which can be accessed in multiple locations in the plant.

PROJECT: PRESS2, PRESS3
German made printing press. Fed by 800A 480v circuit. Converts to 230v & 400v for foreign equipment.

PROJECT: T410
Digital printing press made by HP. Fed by 400A 480v circuit.

PROJECT: BINDER
Customer required quick turn around of decommissioning of old book binding machine and deployment of new book binding machine. Disconnected and removed electrical feeds. Wired new 400A 480V feed to transformer to step down to 400V. Pre-fabbed flexible conduit feeds for each piece of equipment. As new equipment was placed, connections were made. Minimized down time and had customer back in operation ahead of schedule.
